These Terms of Service govern your use of the X-Global Express website and your purchase or use of our consultation, immigration, travel, education and business-support services. By using the website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, instructing us or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or request our services.

•immigration and visa or permit information, document preparation, application support and follow-up;

3. Immigration and visa disclaimer
X-Global Express is not a government department and cannot issue, approve, guarantee or control a visa, permit, admission, qualification evaluation, border decision or other official outcome.
We may assist with information, document preparation, coordination and submission, but the relevant government authority, institution, airline, border authority or other third party makes the final decision. Processing times and requirements can change without notice.
A consultation, application review or payment of our service fee does not guarantee approval, entry, employment, residence, study admission, citizenship, a particular processing time or a particular result. We do not promise a specific approval rate or outcome, even if examples or historical performance are displayed on the website.
You remain responsible for reviewing information, meeting deadlines, supplying genuine and complete documents, answering official requests and complying with the law. You should obtain independent legal advice where your circumstances require it.
4. Travel and third-party products
Flight, accommodation, insurance, transport and other travel products may be supplied by or booked through third parties. Their prices, availability, fare rules, cancellation terms and refund rules apply in addition to these terms.
We are not responsible for a third party’s cancellation, delay, refusal of boarding, overbooking, schedule change, insolvency, service failure, visa decision or other act or omission, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. We will reasonably assist with communication or administration where that forms part of the service.
You must check travel documents, passport validity, visa requirements, health requirements, insurance and itinerary details before travel.
5. Education, SAQA and business support
Education placement, scholarship, SAQA, company-registration, tax, compliance and business-support services depend on information and decisions supplied by third-party institutions, regulators, government departments, banks or professional advisers.
We do not guarantee admission, scholarship funding, qualification recognition, registration, bank approval, tax outcome, regulatory approval, investment performance, business success or a particular time frame.
Unless we expressly state otherwise in a written agreement, our service is administrative or facilitative and is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or immigration advice provided by a regulated professional.
6. Consultations and bookings
The website currently describes a private immigration consultation available by video, telephone or in person, subject to availability, at a published reference fee of US$500 per consultation. The final price, currency, taxes, payment method and scope shown at booking or in a written quotation apply to that transaction.
A consultation time is confirmed only after the booking process has been completed and a confirmation has been issued. Appointment times are based on Johannesburg business hours and may be displayed in your selected time zone.
For online payments, a selected time may be held temporarily while payment is completed. A payment-due option, if offered, is a reservation with payment due and is not proof that payment has been made.
The separate Cancellation Policy applies to cancellations, rescheduling, late cancellations, no-shows and refunds.
7. Fees, payments and third-party charges
You agree to pay the fees stated in the applicable quotation, booking confirmation or invoice. Government fees, embassy fees, application fees, SAQA fees, school fees, airline or hotel charges, courier fees, translations, insurance, bank charges and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included.
Third-party charges may be non-refundable or subject to the third party’s own rules. We will explain known charges and available options as reasonably practicable, but you remain responsible for fees payable to the relevant third party.
Payments may be processed by a third-party provider. The provider’s terms and privacy policy may also apply. We do not ask you to send card PINs, passwords or full card credentials by email.
8. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete and authentic information and documents, respond promptly to requests, attend appointments, keep copies of submissions and notify us of any change that could affect the service.
You must not provide forged, altered, misleading or unlawfully obtained documents. You must not use our website or services for fraud, evasion of immigration requirements, money laundering, sanctions breaches or any other unlawful purpose.
We may pause, refuse or end a service where information is missing or unreliable, payment is overdue, a conflict arises, continuing would breach the law, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
9. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, branding, logos, graphics, documents, photographs, videos, software and other content are owned by or licensed to X-Global Express. You may view and download reasonable extracts for your personal use in connection with a requested service.
You may not copy, republish, sell, distribute, scrape, modify or commercially exploit our content or documents without written permission, except where the law permits it.
You retain ownership of materials you provide to us. You grant us permission to use them only as reasonably required to provide the requested service, communicate with you, meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
10. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data-protection law, including POPIA. Immigration, travel, education and business services may require identity, passport, financial, educational, employment or other personal information. We will request and use such information only for lawful and reasonably necessary purposes.
11. Website content and links
Website content is for general information only and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that it is complete, current, error-free or suitable for your circumstances.
The website may link to government, airline, hotel, education, financial, professional or other third-party websites. Links are provided for convenience and do not mean that we endorse or guarantee those sites, their security, content, availability or services.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, a visa or permit decision, an admission or qualification outcome, a travel outcome, a business result, an investment return, a particular processing time or the performance of a third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss, loss of profit, opportunity, income, data or anticipated savings arising from your use of the website, reliance on general information, a government or third-party decision, travel disruption or an application outcome.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it will be limited to the direct loss proven to have been caused by our breach or negligence, subject to mandatory legal rights.
13. Complaints
Please contact us first at [email protected] with your name, booking or invoice reference, relevant dates and a clear description of the issue. We will review the complaint and try to resolve it fairly.
Nothing prevents a consumer from exercising a mandatory statutory right or approaching a competent regulator, tribunal or court.
14. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on the website. The effective date will show when the current version took effect. The version applying to a confirmed booking or signed quotation will generally continue to apply to that transaction, together with any specific written terms.
Either party may end an ongoing service as permitted by the relevant quotation or agreement. On termination, you remain responsible for fees and third-party costs incurred up to the termination date.
15. Governing law
These terms and any dispute relating to the website or services are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
Any dispute must be dealt with by a South African court or dispute-resolution forum having jurisdiction under applicable law. This does not remove a consumer’s right to use a forum or remedy that the law makes available.
16. General
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain effective. A delay or failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
These terms, the applicable quotation or booking confirmation, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation Policy form the agreement relating to the relevant website use or service, subject to any additional written agreement.
Publishing note: Add the correct registered entity name, replace relative policy links with final live URLs, and have a South African attorney review the document before publication—especially if X-Global Express performs regulated immigration, legal, financial, travel or payment activities.
